What to Expect

Cancellation, Before Service

7+ days: Full refund.  3–6 days: 50% refund.  Within 48 hrs: 25% refund.  Within 24 hrs: No refund.

Cancellation, After Service

Not applicable once a service has been rendered. For unsatisfactory service, see Section 3.

Service Not As Described

Notify us within 48 hours. Remedies: redo, partial refund (20–50%), or full refund. Processing within 5 business days.

Unsatisfactory Service

Contact us within 7 days with documented examples. Review may result in a redo or partial refund (25–50%).

Partial Services

Completed sessions are non-refundable. Remaining sessions refunded within 7 business days.

Payment Terms

Deposit non-refundable once service has begun. Balance due on completion. Refunds to original payment method only.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is available at any time. Refunds follow the cancellation terms outlined in Section 1.

Transaction Fees

Refunds are issued via the original payment method at the original purchase price.

Disputes & Escalation

All disputes are reviewed within 5 business days of submission.
